[Dx4win] PROBLEM_PRINTING_MY_LOG

I am having a problem with DX4WIN being able to use my HP model 8250 two sided printing. It will not print on two sides from DX4WIN. Even after I select preferences and set it for automatic two sided printing.
It's not the printer as it prints documents from Word on two sides just fine.
I'd like to print on two sides to conserve paper.
Is there a work around?
