[Dx4win] Dymo 400 Label Printer

Hi Bill.  I'm using the Dymo Labelwriter 400 Turbo with DX4WIN, and it works
great.  If you need any help with setup, I'll be glad to send you a screen
shot of my DX4WIN setup configuration for the custom label.
