Jim,
In the past I have been saving my own QSL Mgr data and QSL Mgr addresses
as per your instructions at: Importing QSL manager data
<http://www.ad1c.us/dx4win/index.htm#QSL>
In doing it this way I assume I overwrite your QSL Mgr data with the
ones I saved. How does this MERGE action work?
If I take door number one, do I:
1. Export and save my current QSL Mgr and QSL Address files? (Tony,
these are two separate files)
2. Install the new CTY file.
3. Then use the MERGE to overwrite any old data with my saved files?
Is this the proper order of events?
For example, your CTY file understandably does not have many addresses
for QSL Mgrs but my saved files have a ton of them. When you use MERGE
are you just overwriting data where non exists, such as QSL Mgr
addresses filling in the blanks?
