[Dx4win] Can I configure the banddecoder output?

Wow, that sounds high!  That is a generic shipping cost, covering all of the things he sells, including some much larger items.  My band decoders arrived in flat envelopes weighing only a few ounces.  If you correspond by e-mail with Gary I bet he will reduce that figure.
