[Dx4win] (no subject)

I am having trouble configuring my Icom 746 with Dx4Win (ver 7.01) on my Laptop. I have no trouble with Writelog - so I am guessing it is something with the set up in Dx4Win. The set up is:
Radio is set for 56h and 9600 baud. 
I am using a USB to Serial Converter set to Com 4
I have tried multiple setting changes in the preferences of Dx4win with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
