[Dx4win] Help with QSL manager data

I'm processing a big stack of bureau cards (mine) and have run across 
about 30 incorrect or missing QSL managers.  Please, if you receive a 
QSL, check the QSL Manager information reported by DX4WIN.  If it's 
incorrect or missing, let me know so I can add it to the next release.

I0MWI and SV1DPI have been doing this regularly and it does help.
