[Dx4win] Submission list

Help guys and gals:

Whenever a log a new contact for a new band, new mode, or even new country, it does not show in the dxcc submission list in DX4WIN as needed to be sent to the buro.  Although I have made numerous contacts in the last few months, the dxcc submission list under reports has not changed from the 125 card mark I was at in early summer.  I can't send cards to buro if the reports function does not tell me which cards to pull.

What did I screw up?
