If you pay via PayPal, use the link on the web site in the "how to pay"
section.  In that case, you do not need to fill out the order form since
I'll have the information from the paypal payment.
 
If you pay via check, please follow the instructions in the "how to pay"
section.

The Radio Amateur Callbook is printed twice per year.  While there used to
be an online lookup a few years ago, the new owners decided not to have it.
I will pass on your thoughts.
