[Dx4win] Old contacts, Cards and Callsign ...

Hi Mark
You can keep on crediting new countries worked under your new callsign 
to the "old" DXCC award.
You have not changed country, so no need to restart... unless it is YOUR 
decision to start all over again with your new call.
As for DX4Win, there are several options to deal with this situation.
