[Dx4win] MMTTY and DX Atlas Interfaces

Kudos to Paul and Steve for interfacing DX4WIN with MMTTY.  It works great,
and no more bouncing back and forth from one program to the other to enter
RTTY QSOs in the log.

In the next release, how about adding an interface to VE3NEA's DX Atlas?  I
know that DX4WIN has an excellent world map.  But DX Atlas offers a
full-featured map with detailed information about prefixes, cities, and grid
fields and more.  I notice on VE3NEA's web site that more than a dozen
programs currently interface with DX Atlas, including several loggers.  If
it's not too difficult or expensive for Paul to incorporate, that would be
very helpful.
