[Dx4win] DX4WIN 7.01 and DX4WIN.CTY

Hi Folks,

Welcome to the new users of DX4WIN.

I have been keeping a web page with tips on upgrading, application 
notes (*), etc.  It also has the latest releases of DX4WIN.CTY, the 
country file.  You can find it at:

Note that DX4WIN.CTY Release #19 (not 20) was included in 
DX4W701.  Remember that you can type in the callsign "VERSION" to see 
what version you have - the version number will appear in the CQ Zone 
field, and the QSL database date will appear in the QSL Manager 
field.  You can upgrade to the latest country file by following the 
instructions at:

	http://www.ad1c.us/dx4win/#Country
