Export your log to DX4WIN6 format, and then edit the .DXQ file.  Make sure to
preserve the line formatting when changing the comment.

What version of DX4WIN?  It worked for me in 6.04. While editing the .DXQ file,
you can set the upload date also, but you'll have to figure out where the field
is.
