[Dx4win] PSK63 qso and lotw

I have the same problem since the first time I wanted to import to Dx4Win an
ADIF file generated by MixW; all qso's logged by MixW in MFSK or PSK63 modes
are imported with errors and wrong modes by Dx4Win. 

It looks like nothing can be done till Paul will include the new digital
modes in a future version of Dx4Win.
