[Dx4win] How to Reconcile LoTW/DX4Win Data?

I've uploaded my logs to LoTW and gotten the results, which are a bit 
confusing.

- The DXCC numbers are different, as they (obviously) don't include the 
cards I've gotten since my last DXCC submission (cards only) are 
(again, obviousl) not included in my LoTW upload information.

Therefore I assume I'll need to separately submit the cards for 
checking. Can I also assume the results will be added to my LoTW 
database for me to download from the LoTW site?
