Hi Folks,

Release 17 of the DX4WIN country file is ready.  You may now download it from:

NOTE:  This release does NOT include dx4win.old.  If you need the file with 
the old prefixes, let me know.

This will be the last major update for a while.  If you find any mistakes, 
let me know so I can fix it for the next time.
