[Dx4win] Upload to LotW

Gosh this is frustrating!  There must be an easier way to do this. 
DX4Windows doesn't explain why it won't create a file for me. All of the 
upload flags are marked Y. Here is a little history.

I created an ADIF file but it had an error in it that I didn't realize 
existed. When I was signing the file with TQsl it flagged the error which 
was PSK and should have been CW. Then I tried to fix it but TQSL didn't 
like the fix.

I then erased the file and went back to DX4Windows and fixed the QSO that 
was in error. I then tried to create another LOTW export and it won't go. 
All I did was change a QSO from PSK mode to CW mone and now DX4Windows 
won't export the file for LOTW. I have NO idea why DX4Windows won't export 
these QSOs. It did it the first time but it wont do it again.

Any ideas?
