[Dx4win] Exporting N1MM Logger ADIF to DX4WIN

I thought MM users, in particular, might find this interesting.

MM exports a contest name with every QSO, so it is pretty simple to use a 
word processor to rename that ADIF field from CONTEST_ID to COMMENT, so 
that the "notes for QSO" field would show it as a contest Q.  I like to 
know the names of people I've worked, so I chose to put the NAME field in 
"notes for call" by renaming that ADIF field to NOTES.  That gets me all 
the names from NAQP and Sprint, including some of the variations people use 
from time to time (N4AF, whose real name is Howie, may get a chuckle out of 
this, since the database now shows him as Al and Bill).

The only thing I wish for is the ability to name more than one ADIF field 
as NOTES, so that I could import both the name and the person's state or 
section into the notes for call field.
