[Dx4win] Printing Direct to QSL cards using Canon ip3000

Hello,

It must be me but I've been tearing my hair out last night and this morning.

Has anyone used a Canon ip3000 to print directly onto QSL cards as try as I
might I cannot get the orientation correct. I seem to have tried every
permutation apart from the correct one so far so can someone put me out of
my misery please.
