[Dx4win] Differing ADIF formats

Hello again Pete.

I forgot to write that on the other way around, I mean from MixW Adif file to DX4WIN adif file 
DX4WIN will accept the NAME: and QTH: fields from MixW and it converts the info into 
NOTE: field, so maybe DX4WIN is ok and not other logging software.

Again, I not a expert on this fields and I am only passing further some info I have gotten so far.
