Release 16 is coming along nicely:

The big thrust of this release, besides correcting reported errors, is to
resolve VE, VK, UA and UA9 callsigns operating portable outside their
default
country or CQ Zone.  For example, UA9KG/1 is European, not Asiatic Russia;
VE3IY/7 is CQ Zone 3 (BC) not CQ Zone 4 (ON); VK6DXI/2 is CQ Zone 30, not CQ
Zone 29.  This has resulted in over 100 additional callsign exceptions.  And
I
still have more work to do!

Please report any additions/corrections to me.
