[Dx4win] WISH- Log write

I did set the backup to 1 but there must be some additional setting(s)
required.  I do not see that it is doing a write.

In just playing around dxing is when I use writelog to be my logger. 
Otherwise I use contest program and then import those logs when it is
all over
