If you downloaded dx4wcty21.zip, delete it and download again.  You 
will get dx4wcty21a.zip this time.

I goofed and released the wrong file.  The correct DX4WIN.CTY file 
has a time stamp of 12:21 and is 1,049,021 bytes.
