Another change in the upcoming country file.  A couple have already 
been spotted:  R750KE and R750Y

R750/RK2/UA2, KALININGRAD (Special Activity/Event/Prefix). Victor, UA2FM,
RK2FWA Trustee, wants to remind everyone that from June 20th to July 20th,
UA2 hams will be active with a R750 prefix celebrating the 750th anniversary
of Konigsberg - Kaliningrad. He mentions that this month is a great
opporunity to get their awards without QSL cards. Please, see the rules
at the following Web sites. (Don't be confused with the cyrillic letters,
move your cursor down, the English text is also there.):

Most of the callsigns are suffix based, but some may be different. Please,
do not send cards via Box 88 Moscow, since they do not cooperate with the
SRR QSL bureau. Use the UA2 QSL Bureau address instead:  UA2 QSL Bureau,
ROSTO Technical School, ul.Ozernaya 31, Kaliningrad, 236029 Russia.
Otherwise follow the operator's QSL instructions. Also, look for the UA2
Contest Club station, RK2FWA (aka RW2F), to be active signing R750KG during
