Dick,
Once you have the F3 window open do a right click with the mouse over 
the F3 window.  When the little options window opens with the right 
click see if there is a check mark next to AUTOMATIC UPDATE. (the last 
option listed).  If not, put a check mark there and try it.
Jim, AD1C, pointed this out to me when my F3 window didn't work the 
same when I updated.
73 from the pointy end of the state.... Are you snowed in there even 
if it is June?
