[Dx4win] New DX spider node: dxc.ad1c.us

I am ready to open my new DX Spider node to the public:

   telnet://dxc.ad1c.us

Hello, this is AD1C in North Chelmsford, MA
running DXSpider V1.51 build 59.374

There is no spot filtering - the node gets all the same spots that W1NR gets.

Let me know if anyone has problems using it, or if any features are missing.
