[Dx4win] JCC Award updating

Hi,

    Today I was trying to update the JCC award by editing the award file
(dx4win.awd), I got the updated list from
http://www.jarl.or.jp/English/4_Library/A-4-5_jcc-jcg/jcc-list.txt the
problem is when I'm done and I restarted dx4win I get an error saying
that I have a duplicate entry..... when I removed all duplicate the
program worked fine. but the problem is that these are also an
duplicate in the JCC list it self. so i think DX4win should accept the
same name for two different JCC number for example:-

1212   Sakura
1514   Sakura

0501   Yamagata
1915   Yamagata

2019   Konan
2311   Konan

2009   Tsushima
4209   Tsushima

or shall i add the four digit after the name of the city to avoid
getting the error?
