[Dx4win] V7 MMTTY Window Problem

I agree with Les, the disappearing RTTY control window is a nuisance.   I 
created a small "peep hole" by moving and re-sizing varous open windows and 
park the RTTY control panel there.  Most of it disappears behind the DX4WIN 
windows, but the "peep hole" allows me to see the Scope.  Everything else 
seems to be working fine.
