[Dx4win] Spot priorities - my confusion

Work first, worry later ! (just kidding)
I did not even know we had 5 levels of priorities !
If you click on the spot, and you have your "country" window open, you
will see if it is confirmed on the band/mode concerned, but as to set
the preferences up, I have no clue...
