[Dx4win] Cluster via VE7CC

Hi Stan,

Have you set the filters the same way in VE7CC's program?  You can specify 
exactly what you want to see there, down to country, state and band.  Be 
sure to click on "Tell cluster" so that your filter settings are put into 
effect.
