Although I hold the copywright for MpFilters, it is freeware and all
authors of logging programs are welcome to use it as part of their
software providing they give credit to me as author of MpFilters.

Any authors of logging software may contact me for the source code
(written in Visual Basic v6.0) for MpFilters.
