[Dx4win] import date and re-write?

Hello,
I would like to import data from one log to another. The difference is about 1000 of lost QSOs. In the old file (which did not contain all QSOs) I have some data i would like to import to a new, complete one, but because of the same records in both logs import stops with an error message. What to do to import the file and re-write QSOs with the same date/time/? Both logs are quite big - about 15000 QSOs, horrible work to do it manually, brrr .......
