[Dx4win] Why Does DX4WIn want to access Internet?

When I start up, DX4WIN.EXE wants to access internet (Picked up by
ZoneAlarm)

Before I chose "remember the answer"; be nice to know why.

I turned off the GOLIST stuff, since I have no subscription
