[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release 11 - last call

I'm still looking for any updates to the Release 10 DX4WIN.CTY file.  The
current status of Release 11 is on my web page:

Here are the changes planned for Release 11 (I apologize in advance for the
formatting):

    *  Added mappings for AC0H, AC1H, AC2H, AC6H, AC7H, AC8H, AC8PN and AC9H to
United States, K starting 1 January 1976. These calls were used by Gus Browning
in 1965 from Bhutan, A5
    * AH3C and AH3D in July 1996 are both United States, W (CQ Zone 3)
    * AH6CY (CO, June 2001), AH6ES/0 (MO, May 2002), AH6N/0 (CO, October 2001),
AH6NP (FL, July 1999) and AL7BA/8 (OH, May 2002) are all United States, W
    * FR0CIW/J in September 1980 and FR7AM/E in January 1970 are both Juan de
Nova; Europa, FR/J
    * KH6HDB on 12 May 1974 is Kure Island, KH7
    * KH6HHS (VA, July 2003), KL0BX (TN, June 2001), KL2A/7 (WA, August 1998),
KL7BZ/5 (TX, February 2002) and KL7FO/P (AL, August 2001) are all United
States, W
    * NH7T/4 (FL, March 2000) and NL7VX (VA, February 1996) are both United
States, W
    * SV5FRI/1 in December 2004 is Greece, SV
    * TO5C in September 1996 is Guadeloupe, FG
    * VE2/VE3JM and VE2/VE3EY starting 13 January 2005 are both in Canada, VE
(CQ Zone 2)
    * Changed start date for VK9XK on Christmas Island, VK9X to 17 September
1971
    * VP8BZL was not used from the South Shetlands, VP8/H, only Falklands, VP8
    * Changed start date for VU9KV on Andaman & Nicobar Is. to 14 April 1971
    * WH6BPL (AL, December 2001), WL7MQ/5 (TX, June 2002) and WL7VO (TX,
February 1999) are all United States, W
    * XV2G/C starting 16 January 2005 is Viet Nam, 3W
    * ZD5F in 1970 is Swaziland, 3DA
