[Dx4win] DX4WIN to Cabrillo format - log conversion routine

I operated the ARRL RTTY RU contest this past weekend and would like to
submit my log -- but it needs to be in Cabrillo format. This file type is
not listed in DX4WIN's <F>ile <I>mport/Export menu, nor is the word
"cabrillo" included in the Help file. I seem to remember reading somewhere
that this is a two step process - export to ADIF and then convert to
Cabrillo. But -- how do I get from ADIF to Cabrillo?
Thanks in advance for your replies,
-larry
