Back up your data and have a recovery plan!

- set the DX4WIN backup timer to a reasonable value
- save your log when you walk away from the shack
- use a battery backed up UPS to prevent data loss due to power loss
- use an automatic (scheduled) backup procedure that doesn't
   rely on the user to "remember to do it"
- store your backup data in a SAFE place (safe deposit box, desk at work)
- have a disaster recovery plan. Make sure it works.
