[Dx4win] Change Rig parameters?

I've found it easier and more accurate to let it default to RTTY and just 
type, "PSK31" in the Notes for this QSO field.

I think, as a former programmer, that I would like to see dynamic fields, 
such as Mode, be loaded from a user-maintained table.
And, the frequencies associated with setting a mode could be there as well.

3500 3570 CW
3570 3374 PSK31
3574 3580 PACTOR
3580 3628 RTTY
