[Dx4win] Date format

I noticed a similar problem with YYYY-MM-DD yesterday. I was trying to
create an "Import/Export Filter" routine in Cabrillo format, which requires
that date template. When the date field template was set for YYYY-MM-DD, the
export crashed; when set for any other date template (YYYYMMDD, for example)
it worked fine.
