[Dx4win] Date format

Using 6.04.  I have the date format on the preference page set for YYYY-MM-DD. 
Log show the date format correctly, but if I open a report the date is shown as 
YY-MM-DD and if I save that to a csv file, the date is also YY-MM-DD.

This is not good as it sent a MySQL query into oblivion.  How do I get this to 
display correctly in the report and saved correctly to the CSV file.
