[Dx4win] Pre 1975 CW DXCC confirmations

Jim,

That doesn't work for a variation of the same reason Ken's suggestion
doesn't work.  My one and only QSL for the country is for a pre 1975 CW QSO.
If I mark it as SSB then any phone band cluster spot will not show as a
needed mode.

Going further, rather than marking it invalid, change the mode from CW to 
SSB or some other phone mode.
