If DX4WIN can't determine the country from the callsign, the prefix will be
blank. Try entering FR7AA/E or ZL4BO/C and see what happens.  You can probably
guess where these are, but the program can't guess.  The same goes for the
various X5-callsigns that don't count for DXCC.
