[Dx4win] Pre 1975 CW DXCC confirmations

TNX for the suggestion Ken.  That would work for one of them but the other
one is a counter for Mixed.  The biggest problem I have is that if one of
the pre '75 CW confirmed countries is spotted on CW my DX Spots window shows
that I don't need it.

Unless you are counting them for the mixed award you can mark the QSO as 
invalid and it will not show in the totals
