Hi Carlos,

It works, sort-of.  Same with 6.03 and 6.03.  If a new spot comes in, then the
window will still scroll by one line.  However, this is better than jumping to
the most recent incoming spot, which is what the Toggle Hold attempts to
prevent.

Maybe Paul can enhance this in the next version.
