[Dx4win] Pt 2 Print log for DXCC with Multi QSO's on QSL

Write the submission file to an Excel spreadsheet and then do a sort 
by callsign. The multiple contacts should be apparant.  Cut and paste 
them to the end then sort the rest by band and mode.

Takes a tad of massaging, but the results are DXCC field checking 
acceptable.  

SInce it only needs to be done once or twice a year, it doesn't seem 
to be much of a deal..ymmv
