[Dx4win] FT100D and DX4WIN

I borrowed an FT100D from a friend for my upcoming Caribbean vacation, but I 
cannot get the FT100D to talk to DX4WIN.  I am using V6.04 software and I 
have the Yaesu CT62 cable.   Does anyone have any thoughts and/or 
recommendations?
