[Dx4win] Re: Saving F3 and COUNTRY windows when exiting

In further checking I discovered it DOES open when DX4WIN is first
started. But then when you move to the next QSO window by sliding the
bar while in NAVIGATE or when in ADD (a QSO) it goes away. In ver
6.03 it was always displayed and would change as you navigated between
QSO's or when adding new QSO's.
Similar to the F3 EXT DATA window not changing when scrolling between
QSO's as it did in ver 6.03.
I guess the CALLSIGN/MGR window is NOT supposed to automatically open
so I will continue to manually open it with F3. I think it would be
nice if it DID stay open.
Before the flames come, these are not complaints, but rather
observations and suggestions.
