[Dx4win] Problems exportin ADIF file for LotW

Thanks for the suggestion Kay. I checked and it is not the upload that is
the problem, it is the export. DX4WIN dose not export some of the calls and
I cannot see any system in the call signs being rejected in the export to
LotW ADIF file.
