[Dx4win] Spot priorities - all time confirmed ??

Bill,
That is the purpose of the worked cutoff (File | Preferences | Personal)
So if you work a station as an all time new one, the next time he is spotted
the priority will be low. If you set the worked cutoff to 180 days, and the
same station is spotted again half a year later, the priority will change back
as an all time new one.
