Jerry, changed my call header to the bold font and printed some labels. Printed in bold font OK. When I went back to File-Database-Labels, the bold was no longer highlighted but it was printing the bold font OK. I went thru the exercise and exited the program and restarted, still printed bold header font even tho it was not highlighted.
I get what I select and do all the OK's on, but when you check the thing will show regular-but it is printing the bold font here . Looks like a small hiccup but the selected font is being printed here.

Subject: [Dx4win] Setting Callsign font to Bold when printing labels
In DX4WIN 7.01 (also 6.04) I am unable to permanently set the Callsign
font to Bold when printing labels. I am using the Custom1 label name
accessed via File>Databases>Labels. After selecting the Callsign font
area I can set the font from Regular to Bold and then exit via the OK's.
If I then re-open the Label database the Bold setting has been reverted
back to Regular and was not permanently saved. During a label printing
session I can modify the Callsign font to Bold and all works well.
However, the Bold setting is not saved across printing sessions either.
Is there a method to permanently store the Callsign font Bold setting in
the label database? I have tried editing the database (I assume it to
be dx4win.lab in the Save folder) with MS Word, WordPad, and Notepad but
it does not seem to be editable by these methods.
Any ideas?
