[Dx4win] SyncBack_DX4WIN_BACKUPS

I notice that the Syncback web page says that only the paid version will back up open files.  I presume this means the Freeware version won't.  At best this makes for an issue of timing, to make sure that you get the absolutely last version of the DX4WIN log.

Actually, barring a hard drive failure, DX4WIN's built-in backup process is about as good as I have seen - in over 80,000 QSOs logged, I have never lost one, and believe me, I've tried (;^))
