[Dx4win] MMTTY IN DX4WIN

I cannot transmit FSK with MMTTY inside DX4WIN.  Receives fine.  I am trying to set up FSK through MicroKeyer.  All I am able to get is keying of the rig with a solid tone, no diddle, no transmission of data.
 
MMTTY works fine stand-alone and works fine with N1MMLogger through the MicroKeyer, but MicroKeyer refuses to recognize MMTTY for transmission of data from inside DX4WIN.
 
Any suggestions?
